Born in Argentina in 1967. Married with Silvina Delger, has 1 daughter (8) and 2 sons (6 & 2). Besides Ophthalmology, he enjoys golf and fishing.
Attended the Cardinal Newman school, a Christian Brothers Institution.
Graduated as a Medical Doctor in 1994 (University of Buenos Aires).
Finished Ophthalmology residency in 1999 (Cinica Nano, Buenos Aires).
Obtained ECFMG certification (1998).
Did a 2 year hands on Fellowship in Diseases and Surgery of the Retina and Vitreous (Henry Ford Hospital, MI, USA, 2001-2003) under the guidance of Dr. Uday R. Desai.
Returned to Argentina and has been Chief of Ophthalmology at CEMIC (Centre of Medical Studies & Clinical Investigation), Buenos Aires, since 2007, where he is also Associate Professor of the Surgery department, in charge of Ophthalmology, for the Medical Students of the CEMIC University Institute (IUC).
Has been recently appointed member of the executive commitee of the Argentine Society of Retina and Vitreous (SARYV).
