I became medical graduate in 1989 and joined in a Christian Missionary Hospital in 1in 1990 and started my medical care service for the deprived and poor people in Bangladesh. Later on, I have done my post graduation from Mahidol University, Bangkok, Thailand and obtained my degrees DTM & H and Masters in Science in Clinical Medicine. I returned to my country in Bangladesh in 1994 and joined the Missionary Hospital. Gradually, I started my work a little bit extension towards eye related field. I have completed my residency course and Diploma in Ophthalmology course (2yrs) from Dhaka in 2001 and completed my eye surgical training for cataract and glaucoma in 2002. Since than, I have operated more than 19000 cataract patients and 1000 glaucoma patients. In 2008-2009, I was given Commonwealth Scholarship for M. Sc in Eye Health Care from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, International Centre for Eye Health and after completionof this course I was awarded "Professor Gordon Johnson" Prize from ICEH, London, UK for my best research work. Later on, In 2011 I was also awarded for Glaucoma from ICEH, London, UK. Now I am working in Same christian missionary hospital as rendering my service for the poorer to poorest community. Thanks
