As part of the fifth World Ophthalmic Education Colloquium (WOEC) the ICO Education Coordination Committee will present symposia and courses at the 2016 World Ophthalmology Congress (WOC), designed to attract attendees of different interests and spotlighting various aspects of ophthalmic education.

Since 2008, the WOEC series of symposia and courses are held during the biannual WOC. The sessions cover essential topics in ophthalmic education and are designed for a diverse audience--from trained educators to practicing ophthalmologists who are interested in education.

The WOEC is open to all members of the ophthalmic community with the goal of helping ophthalmic educators and others enhance the training and continuing education of ophthalmologists and other eye care personnel.  The WOEC luncheon is open by invitation only.

All sessions will be held in room Joya I
