Ori Brafman, Co-Author of The Starfish and the Spider, spoke on how “starfish” organizations tap into the power of a leaderless structure during a World Ophthalmology Roundtable on Leadership Development (WORLD) at the Pan-American Association of Ophthalmology/American Academy of Ophthalmology Joint Meeting in San Francisco on October 2009.
