Submit Guidelines for Screening, Assessing, and Treating Diabetic Retinopathy
The International Council of Ophthalmology (ICO) is seeking guidelines for screening, assessing, and treating diabetic eye disease. The guidelines will be reviewed as part of a new initiative to reduce worldwide vision loss related to diabetes.

Funding to Assess Provision of Cataract Surgical Services
The Conrad N. Hilton Foundation has provided funding to the Bloomberg School of Public Health at Johns Hopkins University and the ICO to assess ways to support increased access to quality cataract surgical services for underserved patients in sub-Saharan Africa.
