The International Council of Ophthalmology sends the monthly e-mail newsetter to representatives of the International Federation of Ophthalmological Societies (IFOS) and other ophthalmologic leaders worldwide.

The Leader Letter is intended to provide news of ophthalmology and the ICO and resources that will be valuable to international leaders.
