Diabetic Eye Care		not yet rated	October 1, 2016		ICO and CBM Diabetic Retinopathy Manual In 2013/2014, the ICO developed detailed guidelines for diabetic eye care. These were updated in 2016. CBM's regional programme aims to translate these guidelines into practice, applying it to the context of the Eastern Mediterranean Region.
