This Checklist was by the ICO to support doctors in the quest to eliminate “Never Ever Events” in ophthalmic surgery.

The checklist as designed to be as helpful and easy-to-use as possible. It can be placed in the dressing room of surgeons and nurses, in the scrubbing room, and perhaps also in the operating room as a reminder on avoiding mistakes.
